This is a SALES position.
? Make outbound calls to prospective contractors across the U.S. in various trades
? Overcome contractor objections
? "Sell" the benefits of joining our contractor network
? Assist contractors with questions regarding home warranty expectations and procedures
? Ability to negotiate pricing (within provided guidelines)
? Communicate status of all activities effectively and consistently
? Follow up with all parties necessary to obtain required paperwork including contractors and insurance companies
? Conduct bi-weekly manager meetings
? Setup contractor profiles including both physical and digital
REQUIREMENTS:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years in sales or outbound telesales experience
? Commercial Insurance knowledge helpful but not required
? Consistently exceed department minimum expectations
? Proven communication skills -- good listening and written skills
? Display excitement and enthusiasm
? Proven customer service skills
? Detail Oriented
? Must be self-motivated
