Bilingual Technical Support Agent

Job Title: Technical Support Agent
Location: Winnetka, California
Position Type: Entry Level
Position Hours: Full Time
Salary: $29,000 + Benefits After 90 Day Probation

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking talented Client Relationship Specialist for our training classes.

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will provide support service to new and existing clients.

JOB DUTIES

? Provides initial response to all service requests for new & existing clients
? Listens to and converses with clients to understand needs, establishes rapport and gathers preliminary information surrounding client's issue/s
? Determines the scope of the problem & uses tracking system to summarize situation details
? Performs basic problem solving, walks client through necessary steps and ensures peak system and product performance
? Open to shifts including evenings and/or weekends
? Flexible to shift change after 90-day probationary period
? 40-hour work week schedules
? Engage with multiple customers via telephone and written means.
? Paid training period

Minimum Requirements
? Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish
? Results-oriented
? Demonstrates accountability and follow-through
? Good phone presence
? A team player with positive attitude
? 2 years of customer service/call center experience
? Demonstrates logical problem solving abilities
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred
? Familiarity with internet connection types & characteristics
? Familiarity with common home routers & configurations
? Basic understanding of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, NAT traversal)
? Experience cross-selling or up-selling products
? Bachelor Degree
? 2 years sales or tech/networking support experience
