We are currently seeking SWIM INSTRUCTORS who possess a passion for service, to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Our SWIM INSTRUCTORS are energetic, knowledgeable, child friendly, and professional individuals who teach water safety and swimming techniques to children ages 6 months to 13 years, while making lessons active and enjoyable.

This is a seasonal job broken up into four sessions. Great for anyone seeking summer employment. Morning and afternoon shifts available. Lessons are Monday-Thursday.

Session 1: April 29- May 24
Session 2: June 3- June 28
Session 3: July 8- August 2
Session 4: August 12- August 23

? If you are:

? An outgoing and friendly individual
? Enjoy spending time in the summer sun with incredible oceanfront views
? Interested in working with a team that is passionate about health, fitness, and providing children with the techniques to build strong skills for the future

? Who can:

? Teach private and group classes
? Supervise and monitor children while instructing them during their lesson.
? Adapt teaching style to the age, experience, and ability of participants
? Incorporate safety training and awareness into daily activities.
? Develop and maintain a relationship with both the child you are teaching and their guardian.
? Clean up all swimming noodles, toys, fins and goggles around pool area after lessons are complete.

? And have:

? High School diploma or equivalent
? Outgoing, friendly, service oriented demeanor
? WSI certification
? Life Guard certification
? Current CPR/AED certification
? Good verbal communications skills
? 1 year of swim lesson teaching experience
? Flexible schedule â€" this is a seasonal part-time position - various shifts are available.
