Occupational and Speech Therapists (OT/ST) for Home Health ((Ventura County, Glendale, S.F. Valley)

We are currently seeking FT or PT Licensed Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists for Home Health Visits, who enjoy working primarily with the elderly in a professional, supportive and team-oriented environment.

We are currently interviewing for immediate openings for FT or PT Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists in Ventura County, and the Glendale and San Fernando Valley areas.

Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association, with evidence of current licensure in the state of California.

Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, with exposure to geriatric and medical/surgical client care desired.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Valid California driver's license, with available and dependable transportation and proof of current automobile liability insurance.

Ability to meet minimum agency hiring standards which include evidence of current CPR certificate, Physical and TB Screening (or negative Chest X-ray results within the last 5 years).

Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
