Intern should have interest and experience in analyzing the major investment markets and stocks. Some experience in technical analysis is desirable. Our firm combines fundamental and technical chart analysis in searching for the best stocks, ETFs, and determining major trends of related markets. Intern will assist in researching and writing several advisory services for active traders and longer term investors. It is ideal for preparation for a career in investment management, especially for hedge funds.
The intern should have at least some experience investing and/or active trading, have familiarity with technical and fundamental analysis and have excellent writing skills. Experience with computer charting programs such as E-signal, Stockcharts, TC2000, Tradestation is desirable.
The intern will work with the principal of our firm and obtain the benefit of his 40 years in the markets. He is one of the very few who predicted the 2008 global crisis, as well as every crisis and market crash of the last 35 years. (See his book, PRELUDE TO MELTDOWN, written in 2007).
The work schedule is flexible. Once competency is proven, a full time position is a possibility after graduation.
