Dogtown Dogs Food Trucks (Los Angeles)

- Knowledge of food safety practices. Must have ServSafe or be ready to take the test to obtain one.
- Experience working in busy kitchens. Must me comfortable working quickly and efficiently.
- Strong knife skills with the ability to prep vegetables.
- Need to be a team player. Services are typically run by only 2 people.
- Confidence and organizational skills.
- Have your own vehicle. We travel all around Los Angeles and Orange County.

This is like no other kitchen job. Each day is different from the last. We are a great crew and need to expand. We have fun working hard together. If you are interested, please contact me and I will get you on the truck for a try-out!
