General Summary of the position:
The Office Manager will be in charge of all aspects of the business including training, lite marketing and proper coordination of bookkeeping.

1. Oversees daily office operations and delegates authority to assigned staff members.
2. Assists Front Office in developing and implementing short- and long-term work plans and objectives for clerical functions.
3. Assists Front Office in understanding/implementing office policies and procedures.
4. Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary. Ensures that office is staffed appropriately.
5. Assists in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of clerical staff.
6. Establishes and maintains an efficient and responsive patient flow system.
7. Oversees and approves office supply inventory, ensures that mail is opened and processed, and offices are opened and closed according to procedures.
8. Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control , and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
9. Directs operation of the organization and supervises all staff, to include evaluations and reprimands.
10. Pro-actively monitors patient schedule to insure completeness of all required for appointments for ALL procedures, follow-up appointments for ALL procedures, collected payments, consents and payment authorization and other required documentation and signature..
11. Establishes value of services, credentialing of Physician and appropriateness of fees....
12. Must be able to cover front and back office if short staffed.
13. Must have some management experience.
14. Orthopedic experience, but not necessary.

Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
Computer knowledge ,self-motivated and independent in handling all aspects of the office.
Works well under pressure.
