Join our Corps of Educators closing the achievement gap by taking their working knowledge and passing it on to the next generation.

The EnCorps Teachers Program is a nonprofit organization that helps skilled professionals in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to make the transition into teaching these subjects to younger generations. We are dedicated to increasing the number of math and science teachers in low-income middle and high schools throughout California. We are working to close the achievement gap through putting passionate math and science professionals into classrooms so they can pass their knowledge on to future leaders in these industries.

The EnCorps Teachers Program supports our Educators as they move through a clear career pathway, which includes tutoring, guest teaching, and preparation for full-time classroom teaching.

You must be a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) professional with at least 3 years of full-time STEM-related work experience.
You must be fully eligible to work in the United States.
Your undergraduate GPA must be 2.5 or higher.
You must not hold a teaching credential.
