Preeminent Westside Firm is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant. This national firm is dedicated to promoting a collaborative and entrepreneurial corporate culture, and offers you the opportunity to work alongside a warm and collegial team. We are looking for a motivated team player to streamline day-to-day operations and oversee documents, materials and reports. Responsibilities:
-Organize calendars and schedules for the team
-Facilitate communications and direct incoming messages
-Manage internal documents and files
-Update and maintain sales databases
-Coordinate frequent domestic travel
-Take ownership of additional assignments as needed

Requirements:
-2-5 years corporate administrative experience
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Team-oriented and collaborative
-Highly organized and accurate, with meticulous attention to detail
-Quick-thinking and resourceful problem solver
-Outstanding communication skills to interact with all levels of staff
-Flexible to work overtime as needed
-Mastery of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
