Line/Prep Cook (Redondo Beach)

New restaurant open for lunch and dinner is seeking a new line/prep cook that is ServSafe certified. Must have two years experience and a vast knowledge of farmers' markets, produce and excellent knife skills.

You need to have a tidy appearance, as you will be working in an open kitchen. Must have own knives and chef's coat. (Please bring both to your interview, as you will be cooking). You must be a team player with an excellent attitude and a fast learner. You will work under two chef's cleaning, prepping and expediting, learning valuable skills as you go. Excellent experience for resume.

Must have valid California Driver's License.
