General job duties include taking phone reservations, checking in/out guests, collecting rents from monthly tenants, scheduling housekeeping/maintenance and other hotel/apartment operation-associated tasks and projects. Be a team player, fast-paced, cool under pressure, problem solver, self-initiator!
The position includes working holidays and weekends. Five shifts each week include two nights that are "on-call," which means answering the emergency line to handle any guest/hotel issues occurring after normal operating hours. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Specific hotel/apartment experience not required. Seeking a hard working, detail oriented, self-starter with a large dose of common sense, commitment and a positive team attitude. No smoking and no pets.
