MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have a current CA license THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR FIELD (i.e. RN/OT/PT License etc.)
? At least one year's clinical experience, with current home health, medical, surgical
? Must have a CA Driver's License with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and is in good working order.
? Physical Examination (within the last 1 year)
? PPD Test (within the last year) or Chest X-Ray (within the last 2 years)
? CPR/BLS Certificate
? Professional Liability Insurance
? Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or nursing school, and professional peers.
? Have excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
? Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
