Our office is looking for an experienced Front office administrative individual with a minimum of 5 years in dentistry. This position handles all aspects of patient systems and referring doctor relationships.
We are looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic person with outstanding organization and people skills, written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. This candidate must be open to learning new skills, be a team player and love helping people.
Candidate must be fully engaged and proficient in all aspects of scheduling, billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, marketing, treatment plan and financial agreement presentation.
Knowledge of Dentrix and PC proficiency is preferred.
Education Required: Minimum associate degree
This is a full time position M, Tu, W, Th, F.
