RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring the safe rig up/rig down of the equipment and that all safety procedures are followed
Operating system computer, software and hardware to perform service
Interpreting/analyzing sensor/software data and using sound judgment in making critical well optimization cost decisions for the client
Directing the activities of the service rig crew with respect to rig requirements needed for system performance and optimization
Performing software/hardware troubleshooting and making field repairs as needed
Maintaining job database
Completing the field ticket and end of job report
Working closely with customers to schedule and plan jobs
Working closely with management and sales to develop customer base, making sales call as directed
Making customer sales presentations
Maintaining the equipment in accordance with company policy
Performing other related duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent; two (2) year Associate’s technical degree or equivalent military technical training preferred
Prior energy servicing experience required (e.g. service/drilling rig operator or supervisor, cement/fracturing operator or supervisor, cased hole wireline operator or supervisor)
Supervisory skills required
Intermediate level computer skills required
Ability to foster and maintain an effective working relationship with other Key employees and customers
Knowledge in all safety practices
