QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
Must be a strong closer.
Proficient in Instant Messaging/Chat and Emails.
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Outstanding customer service.
Flexible hours required.
Punctuality & strong attendance required.
1-2 years of successful track record in sales is strongly preferred.
