Job Overview: Working for a global integrated Energy Company engaged in the exploration and the production of crude oil and natural gas you will provide technical geoscience support and mentoring to solve simple to complex problems, with key focus on Petrel. The role will also cover additional support responsibilities for other technical PC and Linux based applications. Applicants are invited with experience across a range of geotechnical applications, especially in Petrel. Working for a global prestigious oil Company you will be mentored and supported to develop your technical skills and to take on additional tasks and roles as you progress in your role…Working within the Company’s Upstream Technical Computing group you will provide support to the Company’s geoscience community, via direct contact, e-mail, phone and site visits to satellite Company offices when required. You will be proactive in demonstrating key workflows to this geoscience community, offering advice and guidance, mentoring them to improve their usage and the productivity of the application suite.
