We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our clients team in order to provide support and assistance with regards to their extensive portfolio of offshore projects.
Ideal candidates will;
Provide an integrated HR service aligned to achieving business objectives while effectively representing the HR function and the client's values. Areas of responsibility will extend across UK and international work locations. Contribute to and support the business unit and HR function, as an integral member of each, in the achievement of objectives linked to business strategy, growth and development. Provide an operational hands on business focused service to the business with a drive to make results happen in a timely fashion.
Prime responsibilities and duties
* Participate in recruitment, selection and induction processes ensuring best practice & company policy are applied in order that the required competence is attracted and retained within the business. Participate and support management in structured interviewing for all core positions.
* Facilitate and support project integration for personnel who are new to the project through effective project induction and support to both the team and to the individual in order that they can quickly deliver on business requirements and add value in the role / project.
* Drive integrated resource management recognising the needs of the client as well as redeploying key personnel across the business. This will be achieved through direct involvement and integration with the functions and projects and through establishment and maintenance of relationships with key personnel.
* Manage and lead headcount and forecasting activities within project and function in order to support the business deliver on manpower requirements and thereby satisfy client and operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous Oil&Gas experience in an EPC company.
