Responsibilities:
? Acting as a product expert for the platform, understanding all features and functionality of the product along with the roadmap for future functions
? Operating independent of the operations headquarters as the main representative of the product for your region
? Managing a roster of merchants in the process of being on-boarded to the platform as well as supporting a roster of existing merchants
? Managing and augmenting a shared knowledge database of product features and issues
? Training and evangelizing the platform to the 3rd party sales force you are embedded with
? Providing onsite support, training and other resources to key local merchants
Desired Skills & Experience
? Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills as well as an ability to manage time properly.
? Self-starter that takes initiative.
? Great people skills and experience in presenting and demoing products to large groups of prospects
? Experience operating independently from headquarters (after receiving extensive training)
? CRM software knowledge (Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM)
? Experience building and maintaining a knowledge database for multiple communication channels
? Experience supporting and working alongside inside and outside sales team
? Solid analytical and communication skills
? Strong commitment to deadlines and goals
? Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
? Sales experience a bonus but not required.
? Experience in the restaurant or payments industry is a plus
? Networking and Basic Linux knowledge is a plus
