Floorhand - Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services - Evans, CO

The Floorhand is responsible for assisting in setting up and taking down of the drilling rig and equipment, handling, sorting and moving drill tools, pipe, cement and other materials in addition to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. He is also responsible for the manipulation of the sections of pipe or drill stem at the rig floor during drilling. It is the duty of the Floorhand to remove and replace the strings of pipe or drill stem and/or drill bit. The Floorhand may also need to drive a crew truck to transport materials and equipment.

Position: Executive Assistant to President

Busy President of a Medical Device Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution Company seeks experienced assistant with exceptional skills. Must be highly motivated, organized and positive. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast environment with confidentiality, discretion and loyalty . Must be personable, efficient and a problem solver who can think one step ahead.

Responsibilities:

? Manage daily calendar, field in-coming calls, and schedule appointments.

? Help prepare for sales, marketing, clinical and executive meetings.

? Prepare meeting agendas and provide background information as needed.

? Arrange and coordinate travel and logistics including airfare, rental car, hotel and events.

? Create expense reports and organize expense receipts.

? Arrange logistics for visitors and industry partners while visiting from other territories, cities and countries.

? Sales & Marketing support

? Medical, technical and clinical support and occasional research.

? Supervise and/or assist in creation of marketing materials. Frequent interaction with marketing partners and creative partners.

? Prepare commission statements.

? Create, manage and update sales reports and inventory reports.

? General administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, forwarding calls, faxing, mailing, filing, photocopying, overnight shipping/receiving services.

Qualifications and skills

? Bachelor's degree preferred.

? Two to five years of experience supporting senior managers.

? Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Quick Books, Cloud computing such as: Drop Box, Sales Force, Skype, Google Docs, etc. Website design and maintenance capability a plus.

? Ability to type 60+ words per minute.

? Ability to handle confidential information with loyalty and discretion.

? Ability to multitask very diverse projects.

? Marketing expertise helpful not required.

? High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail required.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

? Prior experience in healthcare, medical sales or technical sales preferred.

? Occasional travel.

? Salary range $35,000 - $42,000 commensurate with experience and expertise.

? Occasional interaction with surgeons, physicians, prescribers, nurses and hospital staff.
